Purpose:
Baywise Consulting exists to strengthen independent automotive repair shops from the ground up. We believe true shop growth starts in the back of the shop, where production, process, and teamwork drive everything forward.

Approach:
We don’t teach from theory — we work from experience. Every system, class, and audit we deliver is built from real-world shop operations. Our process starts with technicians, workflow, and shop structure before we ever talk about sales, car count, or KPIs.

Goal:
